Our package includes :
✅ Base salary + Appointment schedule. All appointments are based on being valid and having passed quality control. All sits pays $20 bonus, if it is a reset, you get $10 per sit.
✅ Training is $5/hr for the first week. Followed by a probationary period of minimum $5/hr for the following 2 weeks.
Once probation gets confirmed, the pay schedule becomes :
15 to 19 valid - 8.00/hr
20 to 29 valid - $10.00/hr
30 to 39 valid - $12.00/hr
40 to 49 valid - 15.00/hr
50+ valid - $20.00/hr

The ideal candidate must have :
1- One year of experience in the Solar sector, or with a call center working on a solar project for at least 10 months
2- C1 level with a decent English accent (this will be tested during the initial interview)
3- Tech-friendly (the job is fully remote, we expect you to have full knowledge of basic computer skills)
4- A fully functional workstation (laptop or computer, headsets, decent internet connection)
5- Experience working from home is a plus, though not a requirement
6- Experience in sales
