The HR assistant helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs in the different areas of the Human Resources Department.
Generally, the HR Assistant provides assistance in the following areas:
•Employee/Labor Relations
•Benefits Administration
•HR Development
•HR Systems
•Recruitment

•AB/BS Psychology graduate (essential);
•At least 5-year experience as HR Assistant (essential);
•Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations;
•Effective HR administration and people management skills;
•Full understanding of HR functions and best practices;
•Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•Works well under pressure and still calm meeting deadlines.
•Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools;
•Strong organizational and time management skills;
•Excellent leadership skills, human relations, research-oriented;
•Meticulous attention to detail
•Ability to accurately follow instructions
•Willing to work in Marikina and can start in March.
