We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Philippines Market. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in hospitality technology or SaaS-based B2B sales, with a strong ability to drive business growth, manage regional teams, and build long-term client relationships.

This role will be responsible for expanding companies market presence across Philippines region, acquiring new customers, ensuring retention of existing clients, and building a motivated and high-performing sales team.
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with companies overall business goals and revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team (10–12 members) to achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
•
Drive new customer acquisition across hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups, with a focus on expanding companies SaaS product footprint.
•
Strengthen customer success by ensuring smooth onboarding, product adoption, and retention of existing clients.
•
Maintain strong relationships with key hospitality accounts to ensure satisfaction and minimize churn.
•
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to identify market trends and opportunities.
•
Monitor sales performance metrics, pipelines, and forecasts through CRM tools to ensure data-driven decision-making.
•
Conduct regular team performance reviews and implement training or coaching programs to enhance team capabilities.
•
Represent company at hospitality tech events, trade shows, and regional networking forums to promote the brand and generate leads.
•
Manage the regional sales budget and optimize resource utilization for maximum ROI.
Proven track record in hospitality tech or SaaS-based B2B sales, preferably within the hotel or travel industry.
•
Strong experience in managing multi-location regional teams and driving consistent performance.
•
Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI-based performance tracking.
•
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•
Hands-on experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
•
Analytical and data-driven approach to identifying market opportunities and solving business challenges.
•
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and build a high-performance sales culture.
•
Willingness to travel extensively across the Philippines region.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
•
MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
•
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in regional or area sales management, with at least 3 years in hospitality tech or SaaS industry.
•
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within a regional/multi-location setup.
•
Strong understanding of the hospitality ecosystem—hotel operations, PMS, CRS, or other SaaS platforms serving the industry.
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment and adapt to new technologies and market dynamics.
