JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the agreed sales targets
 Fully responsible for the revenue generation of the sponsorship, exhibition
stands, and delegates registration to achieve agreed sales targets for your event
 Working closely with Project Head for the success of the event and to achieve the
agreed sales target
 Manage the sales team and provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to
ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets
 To seek out, consider, and evaluate new business opportunities
 Analyse sales data, Monitor sales figures, and report on a weekly, monthly, and
quarterly basis to enable senior management to be updated on the progress of
the event
 Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
 Frequently monitor competitive events and identify new leads to ensure that sales
opportunities are developed and maximized
 Visit exhibitions and other relevant events to contact existing clients and develop
relations with potential clients
 Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential
customers
 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure current and new
business is developed
 Working closely with the Project Head and Marketing Manager, assist in
developing a marketing strategy to generate maximum participation of exhibitors,
delegates, and, visitor
 Working closely with the sales team and accounts department in revenue
collections

QUALIFICATIONS
 Min 2-3 years of B2B sales management and account handling experience
 Previous relevant experience in an events company is a desirable
 Familiarit
