• Requirements

• Cross-train at all CCH locations - learn all brands

• Becomes proficient in all areas of each café, sandwiches/food, smoothies, specialty drinks, and prep

• Flexible schedule - cover other GM's PTO

• Facilitates and promotes the use of the Company's “Heart Culture”

• Adheres to all company policies and procedures
