This Floating General Manager position requires flexibility, including some weekends and some holidays!! You will be cross-trained at all of our cafes, our brands include Nature's Table, Au Bon Pain Cafe and Bakery, CoffeeZon, & Fusion by CoffeeZon.

Requirements
Cross-train at all CCH locations - learn all brands
Becomes proficient in all areas of each café, sandwiches/food, smoothies, specialty drinks, and prep
Flexible schedule - cover other GM's PTO
Facilitates and promotes the use of the Company's “Heart Culture”
Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Provide a total customer experience
Identifies problems and coaches others to help solve them
Consistently delivers a high level of service and hospitality to our customers
Motivates team members to work to exceed customer expectations

Must be able to manage a team of 20+ employees, place product orders, manage food cost, set pars, and count inventory
