• Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Support the group in originating and executing various equity and debt capital raising deals.

• 2. Liaising with the regulatory bodies.

• 3. Develop regional business plan

• 4. Offering of Investment Banking and private Banking services such as Wealth and Asset Management, Sales and Trading (equities), Advisory services and digital banking to various clients

• 5. Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients.

• 6. Create presentations for client portfolios.

• 7. Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

• Qualification and Experience

• 1. Minimum of 15 Years in Investment Banking out of which 5 years must be in top management position.

• 2. Bachelor degree in relevant discipline

• 3. Professional qualification and MBA is an added advantage
