About this position

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized sales & operations professional who shall be working on - acquiring & closing customers - both B2B & B2C, deployments, account management & account growth. All throughout provide exceptional customer service while driving growth.

Who You Are

  • If you are willing to work under the following criteria:

  • 1. Salary will be calculated on Points earned basis

  • 2. Points can be earned through charger sales, CPO onboardings or other services decided by the management

  • 3. The performance of each employee will be evaluated throughout the month and for each sale / service he completes his points will be added

  • 4. At the end of the month, the salary that the candidate will be eligible to get will be calculated on the basis of total points earned for the month (there is no upper limit for the number of points that can be earned)

  • 5. This is similar to a variable salary model. There will be no benefits like PF, Insurance, etc.

  • 6. There is no minimum sales of the charger only that has to be done. Employee can increase points through other services as well

  • 7. Only condition is that the candidate has to do initial refundable deposit of 2500 for the charger that will be given to him

What You'll Do

  • 1. Generate, follow up & close leads in the designated area

  • 2. Identify customer requirements and offer solutions that meet them

  • 3. Negotiate and close customer deals and get the deployments done

  • 4. Achieve business goals, targets & milestones

  • 5. Research, visit market, plan & implement new market initiatives to generate new leads

  • 6. Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to retention & referrals

  • 7. Gather consistent feedback from market for existing offerings competition insights

  • 8. Plan and execute marketing activities, campaigns and promote product portfolio

What You'll Get
