About this position
Manages and supervises planning operations and department to achieve goals within available resources; plans and organizes workloads and staff assignments; trains, motivates and evaluates assigned staff; reviews progress and directs changes as needed.
Provides leadership and direction in the development of short and long range plans; gathers, interprets, and prepares data for studies, reports and recommendations; coordinates department activities with other departments and agencies as needed.

Select the most efficient and cost-effective vendors

Oversee construction to ensure production meets deadlines within budget guidelines

Document status updates and process reports for upper management

Review the closing of each project to ensure structures meet client specifications
What You'll Do
-
Shall have very good maintenance experience in Building Lightning protection systems and earthing system of projects. Engaging yearly third-party inspection to ensure both system are safe and intact

Experience in BMS [Building Management System] and networking of integrated equipment

More than 15+ years of experience

Bachelor degree is mandatory.

Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned branches

Analyze branch sales levels and profitability, and create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals.

Controlling the training and development of the team.

Maintains and support clean safe work environment for branch and team members.

Assist the Baristas, stations and coffee shop events.
