Ensure secure transfer of Canadian passports and documents from the Application Centers to Embassies, Consulates, and government offices.

Validate the passport received from Embassies/Consulates and dispatch it to various respective centers via designed procedures and share a daily report daily to stake holders.

Perform Biometric enrollments to foreign customers.

Monitoring, mentor and train new hires in front office tasks and activities, provides assistance to colleagues and performs other duties.
