HR Officer
About this position
A role that focuses on the management of the human resources (HR) in a built environment industry. They would be responsible for the recruitment, documentation, and any administrative duties involving the HR of the company.
Who You Are

The candidate should first and foremost be an organized individual; maintaining a clean working environment and meticulous by nature. Some other skills that would be needed for this role include excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and knowledgeable in the labor code of the Philippines.

What You'll Do

1. Responsible for managing hiring and employment processing.

2. Compose and format letters in Word documents for the purposes of hiring, company memo, etc.

3. Knowledgable in labor code of the Philippines and required salaries and benefits.
