Regional Head: Lexumbourg
About this position
Key Responsibilities:
1.Support the group in originating and executing various equity and debt capital raising deals.
2.Liaising with the regulatory bodies.
3.Develop regional business plan
4.Offering of Investment Banking and private Banking services such as Wealth and Asset Management, Sales and Trading (equities), Advisory services and digital banking to various clients
5.Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients.
6.Create presentations for client portfolios.
7.Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
Qualification and Experience
1.Minimum of 15 Years in Investment Banking out of which 5 years must be in top management position.
2.Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
3.Professional qualification and MBA is an added advantage
